Job summary

Hudson Manpower Inc. is seeking an experienced Instrument Engineer for a reputed Oil & Gas company in Al Jubayl, Eastern Province.

The candidate will lead instrumentation and control systems activities, contribute to reliability programs, and ensure compliance with IEC 61511 and ISA standards. You should have 8+ years of experience in DCS/PLC, field instrumentation, calibration, and PM/PdM/CBM strategies; SAP PM familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of instrument engineering experience in Oil & Gas or petrochemical industries.
• In-depth knowledge of DCS/PLC, control valves, field instrumentation and calibration.
• Familiarity with IEC 61511, ISA standards, SIL studies and functional safety.
• Experience participating in RCM, FMEA, HAZOP and RCFA workshops.
• Experience developing PM, PdM and CBM and proof testing strategies.
• SAP PM familiarity is preferred.
• Experience in refinery, petrochemical, power, or industrial facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead instrumentation and control system activities for projects.
• Develop and implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies.
• Participate in safety and risk workshops (RCM/FMEA/HAZOP/RCFA).
• Ensure calibration, testing and validation of field instruments.
• Coordinate with plant operations and maintenance teams.
