Air Products Inc. NEOM project is seeking a senior DT Plant Computing engineer to represent engineering efforts on the NEOM Green Hydrogen program in NEOM, KSA. You will work closely with Air Products engineering centers in the US and India, require hands-on field experience at active construction sites, and lead cybersecurity and plant control deployments.

The role demands Windows OS mastery, ICS security knowledge, and ability to train team members while optimizing processes and infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or an Engineering discipline (Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical), or equivalent work experience.
15+ years DT experience or comparable experience with process control systems.
Experience with Windows PC Operating Systems (Windows 7/10/11) and Windows Server Operating Systems (Windows 2016/2019/2022).
Experience with Symantec Endpoint Protection, Acronis Backup, Netop Remote Control, and McAfee Application safelisting.
Experience with TCP/IP networks, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, and Active Directory; familiarity with IEC 62443/NIST increasingly valued.
ISA99/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist Certificate a plus.
Willingness to learn and develop security administration skillset.
Familiarity with industrial control systems like Siemens PCS7, Honeywell, ABB, etc.
Ability to manage multiple project priorities and competing demands.
English is the common language at site; strong written and verbal communication.

Creative, results-oriented, detail-focused, and innovative problem solver.
Willingness to demonstrate technical leadership and project delivery from project site location based working.

Responsabilités

Represent DT Plant Computing engineering efforts on the NEOM Green Hydrogen program in NEOM, KSA.
Embed with Air Products Engineering centers in the US and India on day-to-day activities.
Demonstrate hands-on field experience at active construction sites before operation.
Collaborate with Process Automation Engineers to build and deploy control systems for NEOM projects.
Participate in Industrial Control System cybersecurity assessments and deployments.
Configure and install PCs and Servers for Process Control Applications.
Troubleshoot issues identified during testing and commissioning related to DT activities.
Develop Zone & Conduit Diagrams and Purdue Enterprise Reference Architecture models.
Design and deploy Plant Floor applications for malware protection, disaster recovery, safelisting, asset management, remote access, IDS for OT assets.
Work with vendors and follow industry best practices for infrastructure support.
Optimize work processes and implement automation to drive service efficiency and productivity.
Train and onboard new team members to speed up project delivery.
