We are urgently looking for a Design Engineer for one of our clients in the Energy Sector in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Years of Experience: 3-5 years

Educational Qualification: The ideal candidate must have a bachelor's degree i.e BE Engineering capable of attesting in Saudi Council of Engineers.

Locally available candidates with transferable Iqama (only) are considered for this position.

As a design coordinator, your job duties are to determine project requirements, develop design concepts, prepare cost estimates, source materials, review progress, and consult with clients every step of the way.

Job Description

Senior technical resource may serve as technical advisor for team. Provides specialized technical input to studies and design for staff's specific area of expertise.

Should have a good knowledge of Electrical Primary design - HV/EHV Substations i.e 110kV or above with SEC experience.

• Develops study and design procedures to facilitate high quality cost effective work by others
• Participates in interdisciplinary review of project deliverables.
• Develops construction cost estimates and estimates of technical efforts for projects.
• Uses expertise in all steps of completing discipline component of the PS&E package.
• Performs quality control review of design calculations or drawings.
• Prepares technical specification sections.
• Provides input to the development of engineering budget and schedule to meet requirements.
