Job summary

A leading international consultancy firm is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Riyadh to manage various HR activities across the employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, and Payroll Administration. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources and at least 8-10 years of HR generalist experience, along with proficiency in both Arabic and English. This role requires strong organizational and interpersonal skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

Responsible for managing various HR activities and processes across the employee lifecycle, including (but not limited to) Talent Acquisition, On/Offboarding, Performance Management, Talent Development, Key HR Metrics. The incumbent is also playing a key role in supporting and partnering with the business leaders and managers within his/her scope. The current scope includes all entities across KSA.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
  • In charge of end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Oversee onboarding processes, ensuring new hires have a seamless transition into the company.
  • Ensure compliance with KSA-specific hiring regulations and maintain Saudization requirements.
Employee Lifecycle and Database Management
  • Ensure timely update and maintenance of employee records on Jisr HR.
  • Ensure all employee data is accurate and comply with data protection regulations.
  • Manage new joiners and leavers processes.
  • Ensure smooth exit processes, including final settlements and conducting exit interviews when applicable.
  • Administer leave policies, track usage, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Oversee Saudi government platforms and compliance, including Qiwa, HRSD, Absher Business, Muqeem, Nitaqat planning, and proactive compliance management.
Performance Management
  • Support the performance appraisal process, ensuring timely feedback and completion of appraisals.
  • Support managers with performance-related topics, ensure best practices are implemented.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Work closely with department heads and manage the merit increase cycle, including bonus/incentives, ensuring compliance with company policy and budget.
  • Ensure correct monitoring of all benefits practices and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Driving compensation and retention strategy, including salary benchmarking against the Saudi market, attrition analysis, and balancing cost versus productivity.
HR Key Metrics
  • Update and manage all basic HR data within the internal system (AIMS) always ensuring its quality and accuracy.
  • Sponsor and shares relevant KPIs with key stakeholders (Business Managers, Finance, etc.).
  • Defining and leading HR strategy for KSA, aligned with business growth, Saudization targets, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Leading and developing the HR team, including HR structure, roles, accountability, and governance as the organization scales.
  • Drive HR governance, company culture, ethics, and employee engagement, which is critical in a fast growing Saudi organization.
HR Projects
  • Actively participates in Group/Division wide HR projects and initiatives.
  • Key role in supporting, proposing, creating HR processes and practices related improvements.
Payroll Administration
  • Oversee monthly payroll preparation and validation, ensuring accurate attendance, allowances, deductions, employee changes; manage final settlements in line with KSA labour law and company policy; and oversee GOSI enrolments, monthly updates, and the accurate calculation and submission of contributions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of HR generalist experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of KSA HR regulations and practices.
  • Proficiency in HRMS for employee lifecycle management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is mandatory. Any other language is a plus.
