Job summary

KEO Group is seeking an experienced HSE Manager (Arabic speaker) to join our Saudi Arabia team. You will be responsible for maintaining the SMS, advising on HSE matters, and delivering training across a mega project. The role requires a Chartered NEBOSH Certificate and at least 15 years of relevant experience on mixed-use developments.

Collaboration with clients and contractors is essential. An on-site position in Saudi Arabia with a strong emphasis on safety leadership and incident

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of career experience in Health, Safety & Environmental.
• Arabic language proficiency required for the role.
• Chartered NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) is required.
• Experience on mixed-use projects and on large-scale constructions.
• Proven ability to lead SMS and HSE investigations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective implementation of the KEO SMS on the project.
• Promote HSE best practices with Client, Project Team and Contractors.
• Carry out HSE training based on needs assessment.
• Monitor and report HSE performance and KPI data.
• Conduct periodic site inspections and recommend improvements.
• Manage activities of KEO Safety Officers and review contractor HSE documentation.
• Track closure of HSE violation and inspection reports and chair HSE meetings.
