Job summary

UCC Holding in Riyadh seeks a Senior HSE Manager to lead day-to-day operations of the Project HSE department, developing and executing health, safety, and environmental plans in line with legal guidelines and client requirements.

You will oversee risk assessments, audits, incident investigations, training, and performance metrics, guiding senior management and project teams toward continuous HSE improvement within a GCC context.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of total work experience in HSE.
• Minimum 5 years in a management role.
• GCC region experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead and influence at senior levels.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies and management systems.
• Provide leadership for HSE initiatives and culture.
• Conduct risk assessments and audits to mitigate hazards.
• Lead incident investigations and corrective actions.
• Deliver HSE training programs.
• Monitor performance metrics and report findings.
