Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for assigned positions.
- Utilize various sourcing channels (online portals, social media, referrals) to attract qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate the hiring process.
- HR Operations & Employee Relations:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies.
- Performance Management & Development:
- Support the implementation of the performance appraisal system.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating development programs.
- Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Compensation & Benefits Support:
- Assist in the administration of payroll-related data, benefits enrollment, and leave management.
- Support the HR Manager in compensation benchmarking and analysis.
- Reporting & Administration:
- Prepare HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment status, and training.
- Help document and improve HR processes and workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR Generalist or Specialist role.
- Technical Skills: Experience using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and applicant tracking systems.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Problem-solving attitude and high attention to detail.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
