Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for assigned positions.
    • Utilize various sourcing channels (online portals, social media, referrals) to attract qualified candidates.
    • Conduct interviews, coordinate assessments, and facilitate the hiring process.
  • HR Operations & Employee Relations:
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and procedures.
    • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR databases.
    • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal policies.
  • Performance Management & Development:
    • Support the implementation of the performance appraisal system.
    • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating development programs.
    • Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Compensation & Benefits Support:
    • Assist in the administration of payroll-related data, benefits enrollment, and leave management.
    • Support the HR Manager in compensation benchmarking and analysis.
  • Reporting & Administration:
    • Prepare HR reports on key metrics such as turnover, recruitment status, and training.
    • Help document and improve HR processes and workflows.
Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in a similar HR Generalist or Specialist role.
  • Technical Skills: Experience using HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and applicant tracking systems.
  • Familiarity with Saudi labor law and HR best practices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent Arabic and English communication skills (written and verbal).
