Job summary

Quant Data & Analytics Company seeks a Senior Human Capital & Admin Specialist to streamline operations within the Shared Services Department, including payroll management and employee lifecycle processes. The role emphasizes enhanced HR efficiency and a high-standard employee experience in a fast-growing tech environment in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in HR-related field, proven HC operations experience, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field; relevant HC certifications preferred (CIPD, SHRM, etc...)
• Proven experience in HC operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and payroll accuracy.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; strong communication skills in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Assist in HC operations including onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Manage employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate benefits administration and support employee inquiries.
• Collaborate with HC team to execute HC initiatives, including payroll management.
• Process payroll for employees; ensure timeliness and accuracy.
• Support HRIS and ATS data entry and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with HC policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive employee experience and drive process improvements.
