Job summary

You will lead HIS/EMR platforms, manage IT teams, coordinate with clinical and administrative stakeholders, and drive modernization and governance aligned with healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience within hospitals in Saudi Arabia.
• Experience leading hospital IT operations and healthcare technology environments.
• Strong knowledge of HIS/EMR platforms and healthcare applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead hospital IT operations, infrastructure, applications, networks, and support services.
• Ensure availability, reliability, performance and security of healthcare systems.
• Oversee HIS/EMR platforms, clinical applications, and supporting infrastructure.
• Manage IT teams, monitor performance, and ensure service excellence.
• Coordinate with clinical, medical, nursing, and administrative departments for tech needs.
• Lead system upgrades, migrations, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Oversee cybersecurity controls, data protection, and information security practices.
• Develop IT policies, governance frameworks, and operational standards.
• Manage vendor relationships and technology investments.
• Monitor budgets and procurement activities; ensure regulatory compliance.
