Job summary

Kafa'at Business Solutions (KBS) in Saudi Arabia seeks a Project Manager - Towers to lead residential and commercial high‑rise tower projects in Riyadh. The role requires proven experience in managing tower construction projects, delivering safely, on time, within budget, and coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.

Minimum 10 years of experience in tower projects.
Led or contributed to at least three tower projects from start to handover.
Strong scheduling, cost control, QA/QC and HSE knowledge.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage execution of residential and commercial high-rise tower projects from start to handover.
Oversee site activities ensuring compliance with specifications and contracts.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and disciplines.
Monitor schedules, budgets, quality and safety performance; implement corrective actions.
Identify and mitigate risks; resolve technical and operational issues.
Ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance and industry standards.
Conduct progress meetings, site inspections, and prepare status reports.
Support testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.
