Job summary

• Monitor schedules, budgets, quality and safety performance; implement corrective actions.
• Identify and mitigate risks; resolve technical and operational issues.
• Ensure QA/QC, HSE compliance and industry standards.
• Conduct progress meetings, site inspections, and prepare status reports.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.

Job Purpose

The Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful execution and delivery of residential and commercial high-rise tower projects. The role requires proven experience in managing tower construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards while coordinating effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of residential and commercial high-rise tower projects from construction commencement through final handover.
• Oversee all site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, technical specifications, and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality, and safety performance, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving technical and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE regulations, and applicable industry standards.
• Conduct regular progress meetings, site inspections, and prepare project status reports for stakeholders.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and final project handover activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related Engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing residential and commercial high-rise tower projects.
• Proven involvement in the execution of at least three (3) tower projects, preferably from construction commencement through final handover.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, cost control, QA/QC, and Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) practices.
• Fluent in English, with excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
