Qualifications

• Degree in graphic design or related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator etc.).
• Excellent knowledge of layout principles and aesthetic design concepts.
• Ability to think creatively when developing design solutions; problem-solving aptitude is key.
• Experience working within brand guidelines is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop concepts and layouts for print and digital materials including but not limited to logos, posters, brochures, banners etc.
• Design visuals that support key marketing initiatives
• Create promotional materials such as ads, flyers etc.
• Ensure all projects meet deadlines
• Consult with internal teams on design details
• Collaborate closely with other departments on design elements
• Incorporate feedback from colleagues into design work
