Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual communications for proposals, reports, and presentations. Under minimal supervision, you will craft layouts using Adobe Creative Suite and translate client requirements into compelling design.

You will develop branding assets, collaborate with stakeholders, and deliver graphics, diagrams, and PowerPoint materials that meet brand standards while applying user-centered design principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• At least 10 years of graphic design experience in fast-paced settings.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office.
• Strong typography, color theory, branding knowledge.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Graphic Designer, for our project in Riyadh! Under minimal supervision, utilizes current graphic design technology and computer software packages to prepare design, art, and copy layouts for proposals, presentations, reports, technical papers, newsletters, and other visual communications media.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Create visually appealing designs for Client presentations, Higher Management reports.
• Develop branding assets such as logos, typography, color palettes, and style guides.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into creative design solutions.
• Work directly with Reports Manager to improve submitted reports, presentations and text for clarity and consistency.
• Design and produce complex, reproduction‑ready graphics including brochures, flyers, charts, diagrams, tables. Knowledge of Power BI will be an added advantage.
• Stay updated on design trends, tools, and techniques to deliver innovative solutions.
• Craft comprehensive reports and project progress presentations that align with brand standards and technical requirements, applying user‑centred design principles to enhance clarity, accessibility, and stakeholder engagement,
• Serve as the central figure along with reports Manager, creating monthly, weekly, presentations, ad‑hoc reports and progress reports.
• Collaborated with consultants and clients to interpret briefs and transform complex project data into engaging digital presentations using customized Microsoft PowerPoint, applying user‑centred design principles to improve accessibility and audience experience while aligning with typography best practices.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), MS office suite and other relevant tools.
• Strong knowledge of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Working knowledge of PowerBI will be an added advantage.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Experience in motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks effectively.
