Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking a Senior Landscape Architectural Engineer for the Technical Office in Riyadh. You will lead the technical-office review of golf-course shaping, landscape, agronomy, and interior-fit-out packages, ensuring alignment with the master layout.

Responsibilities include evaluating grading plans, soils, turf establishment, and landscape planting under Riyadh climate, and coordinating interfaces with civil, irrigation, and MEP disciplines. Fluent English is mandatory.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Architectural Engineering or closely related discipline.
Minimum 20 years of professional experience in landscape architecture and design management.
Demonstrated experience on major landscape, resort, hospitality or master-development projects.
Extensive technical experience with golf-course design and construction per USGA guidance.
Strong English communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

Lead technical-office review and coordination of golf-course shaping and landscape packages.
Review grading plans, terrain models, greens, bunkers and cart-paths against master layout.
Assess soil, drainage, rootzone, and turf materials per project specs.
Review landscape planting, materials and desert-adapted materials for Riyadh climate.
Coordinate interfaces with civil, irrigation, drainage, and MEP systems.
Provide technically justified responses to contractor RFIs and submissions.
Monitor design submissions, cycles, and decisions affecting construction progress.
Verify shop drawings and closeout documentation prior to final acceptance.
