Job summary

Surbana Jurong seeks an experienced Senior Landscape Architect to support on-site design reviews for major development projects in Saudi Arabia, based in Riyadh.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, 12+ years of landscape architecture experience with construction exposure, and proven GCC project experience. The role involves reviewing shop drawings, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years of landscape architecture experience including construction.
• Strong experience in landscape design review for large-scale developments.
• Proven GCC project experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of landscape design standards and approval processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Stationed full-time on site, review landscape designs, reviewing shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and design recommendations.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
• Identify design issues, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support design review activities throughout the project lifecycle.
