Job summary

Dar Al Riyadh Group is seeking a senior Landscape/Golf Course Construction Supervisor to oversee field execution of greens, tees, bunkers, and associated features on prestigious golf-course projects in Saudi Arabia. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Architectural Engineering, Agriculture/Agronomy Engineering or another closely related discipline from an accredited university.
Minimum 10 years of site-based supervision experience in high-end landscaping and architectural construction.
Proven experience supervising golf-course developments, sports fields, luxury resorts or comparable large-scale landscape projects.

Responsibilities

Supervise field execution of greens, tees, bunkers and other golf-course features.
Verify feature coordinates, elevations, slopes, contours, drainage and grading tolerances against approved drawings and design intent.
Supervise construction of USGA-type green profiles, including subgrade prep, drainage, rootzone placement and final grading.
Inspect bunker formation, drainage, sand placement and transitions to adjacent surfaces.
Monitor rootzone, gravel, bunker sand and soil placement and ensure approved materials and compaction methods.
Oversee turf sprigging, seeding or sodding, establishment watering and mowing.
Inspect planting works and establishment care for trees, shrubs and desert-adapted species.
Monitor irrigation coverage, sprinkler levels and coordination with turf and finished landscape levels.
Inspect hardscape installations and architectural finishes including signage and site furniture.
Supervise clubhouse finishes and architectural joinery, ensuring consistency with shop drawings and samples.
Process inspection requests and maintain accurate quality-control records.
Identify nonconforming work and enforce timely corrective actions.
Conduct snagging and pre-handover inspections and support as-built verifications.
