Job summary

Maaden is seeking a Geologist II, Resource Development to oversee drilling programs and resource development across multiple assets, ensuring alignment with Maaden’s growth strategy and the highest safety and governance standards.

Reporting to the Director, Resource Development, you will mentor junior geologists, coordinate with geologists and engineers, validate data, and update programs as new data and market conditions emerge to support reliable resource estimation and development planning.

Qualifications

• Professional degree in geological science or related field.
• 12 years of geology experience in mining, with more than 5 years in management roles.
• Familiarity with the KSA mining, minerals, and exploration sector (optional).

Responsibilities

• Lead drilling programs for resource development across multiple assets.
• Ensure safe, productive operations and governance standards.
• Mentor junior geologists and provide technical guidance.
• Coordinate with geologists, engineers, and stakeholders to align with project objectives.
• Update and validate programs in response to new data and conditions.
