Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in mineral exploration, including grassroots and resource conversion stages.
• Excellent field and technical skills, including geologic mapping, modeling, and analysis.
• Demonstrated success managing teams, timelines, and project budgets.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and supervise regional and project-level exploration programs.
• Lead geological mapping, sampling, drill planning, and data integration.
• Develop and refine geological models and drill targets.

Skills

Strong knowledge of regional geology and ore body settings

Skilled in interpreting geochemical, geophysical, and drill data

Solid grasp of deposit models and exploration methodologies

Highly skilled in field mapping, sampling, drill logging

Proficiency in GIS and geological software

Strong judgment and adaptability

Education

BSc and MSc in Geosciences (or related field)
