Job summary

Boosters R&D in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Product Engineer to own backend development, infrastructure, and high-impact features. You will work with Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, and AI-powered tools in a lean, autonomous team.

You'll collaborate with the Tech Lead on architecture, design, and opportunities to build from ground up, shaping product growth and long-term impact.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of backend/full-stack experience with strong backend focus.
• Proficiency in Node.js and TypeScript with production-grade apps.
• Frontend experience with React or Next.js and TypeScript.
• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and performance optimization.
• Strong understanding of software architecture and scalable systems.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience writing automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Active use of AI-powered development tools and agentic coding workflows.
• Strong ownership and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead feature development end-to-end from ideation to release and performance analysis.
• Analyze market trends and propose features to boost user acquisition and retention.
• Build and maintain robust backend services with Node.js/TypeScript; contribute to frontend as needed.
• Collaborate on architecture, system design, and technical direction.
• Design and evolve cloud infrastructure ensuring reliability, performance, and security.
• Develop AI-native tooling and agentic coding workflows for efficient deployment.
• Establish and improve engineering practices including automated testing and CI/CD.
• Take ownership of technical initiatives and continuously raise quality and efficiency.
