• Background as backend engineer or software architect.
• Hands-on experience using AI coding agents as part of daily development workflow.
• Interest in agentic software development and learning new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own product features end-to-end, from problem statement to production.
• Identify what needs to be built and drive initiatives without detailed specs.
• Engage with external partners and providers for integrations.
• Collaborate with AI agents to define specifications and ensure quality.
• Delegate tasks to AI agents and review their output in production codebase.
• Evaluate AI-generated implementations and select the best solutions.
• Test features with focus on reliability in financial transactions.
