Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Budgeting, Planning & Financial Analysis to lead the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models across a portfolio of strategic development projects.

This position requires deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation, feasibility assessment, scenario planning, and portfolio performance analysis, delivering decision-ready insights to senior leadership.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience in financial analysis or project finance.
Advanced Excel modeling skills.
Experience with DCF valuation, feasibility studies, forecasting, and business planning.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau or similar reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, project finance, and scenario analysis models.
Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
Analyze project and portfolio performance, including IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
Prepare business plans, forecasts, and financial recommendations for management and investment committees.
Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Challenge commercial and financial assumptions across development projects.
Prepare executive reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling, reporting, and analytical processes.
