Azadea Group is seeking a Senior Quality Control Specialist for F&B to oversee the development, maintenance, and implementation of quality standards across receiving, storage, handling, and transportation of F&B.

The role includes conducting regular audits, developing QA documentation, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and Azadea policies. Strong English, MS Office skills, and a food safety certification are required, with HACCP/HABC certification a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Food safety training certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science or a related field.
• HACCP/HABC certification is a plus.
• Four to six years of experience in F&B Operations or a similar role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA documentation and reports on food safety and quality status.
• Develop, review and enforce GMP, SOP, HACCP and food safety policies.
• Conduct inspections and audits of restaurants and F&B warehouse for compliance.
• Organize and conduct training sessions for food handlers as needed.
• Investigate internal/external customer complaints ensuring standards are met.
• Research emerging technologies and propose adaptable QA methods.
