Job summary

Safari Group is seeking a Senior FM Estimation Engineer in Riyadh to lead cost estimation, tendering, and bid development for facility management services. You will review contracts, perform quantity take-offs, and coordinate with operations and procurement to secure competitive bids.

The role requires strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent Excel proficiency, and experience with CAFM/FM pricing models. This is a full-time on-site position in Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Civil or related).
• 7+ years in FM estimation, costing and tendering.
• Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM services.
• Proficiency in Excel and estimation tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related discipline).
• 7+ years of experience in FM estimation, costing, and tendering.
• Strong knowledge of Hard and Soft FM services.
• Experience with CAFM/FM contracts and pricing models is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation tools.
