Job summary

KBR Technical Services in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Lead Flow Assurance Engineer with deep experience in pipelines, utilities and offsite piping from concept to detailed design for medium to large projects. You will lead hydraulic analyses, surge protection design and use industry tools to deliver compliant solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 15 years in Oil & Gas or infrastructure, strong communication, and familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering.
Minimum 15 years' experience in process and flow assurance.
Experience in pipeline flow assurance and hydraulic calculations.
Proficient in English, oral and written.

Responsibilities

Perform pipeline flow assurance and hydraulic calculations.
Conduct steady-state and transient hydraulic analyses with SPS, PIPENET and PIPESIM.
Use HYSYS, PVTSIM and Multiflash for process simulations.
Review and approve PFDs, P&IDs, design basis and process calculations.
Design surge protection systems and analyze surge in liquid lines.
Simulate gas networks and multiphase pipeline hydraulics.
Ensure compliance with client, KBR, and international standards.
