Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Minimum 5-6 years of experience in fire alarm and firefighting systems.
• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience.
• Experience with large-scale commercial, healthcare, hospitality, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of Saudi Civil Defense requirements is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead fire protection projects from award through commissioning and handover.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Monitor progress, milestones, and ensure on-time delivery within budget.
• Manage project risks, variations, claims, and mitigation plans.
• Prepare and present regular status reports to management and clients.
• Review and approve fire system designs, submittals, and material selections.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Oversee contracts, subcontractors, and supplier agreements.
• Monitor profitability, cash flow, invoicing, and collections.
• Coordinate Civil Defense inspections and project close-out activities.
• Lead site coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
