Job summary

Apex Industrial Services is seeking an experienced site-based engineer to supervise and execute fire protection systems in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards. You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, manage on-site teams and subcontractors, and ensure timely project execution across industrial facilities in Saudi Arabia.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering with proven Fire Protection / firefighting systems experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Experience in Fire Protection / Firefighting Systems and site execution.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA and Saudi standards.
• Experience with Aramco/HCIS projects preferred.
• Excellent site supervision, coordination, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and execute fire protection systems in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Manage site activities, manpower, materials, and subcontractors to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, HSE, clients, consultants, and other disciplines.
• Supervise installation of fire water networks, fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, deluge, foam, and clean agent systems.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, inspections, and project handover.
• Prepare progress reports and support as-built and project close-out documentation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Relevant experience in Fire Protection / Firefighting Systems and site execution.
• Good knowledge of NFPA and Saudi standards.
• Strong site supervision, coordination, and communication skills.
• Experience with industrial projects, Aramco/HCIS projects is preferred.
