Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh seeks a Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling to lead the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models across a portfolio of strategic projects. This role combines deep analytical rigor with the ability to translate complex data into actionable investment insights for senior leadership.

The position requires substantial expertise in valuation, feasibility assessment, scenario planning, and portfolio performance analysis, including

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
8+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling.
Strong Excel modeling, DCF, forecasting, and business planning.
Experience with Power BI/Tableau preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex financial models (DCF, project finance, scenario analysis).
Lead feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
Analyze project and portfolio performance (IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow).
Prepare business plans, forecasts, and financial recommendations for management and committees.
Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses for strategic decisions.
Challenge commercial and financial assumptions across projects.
Prepare executive reports and investment memos for senior leadership.
Drive continuous improvement in modeling and reporting processes.
