Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Financial Analysis & Modeling to lead the development, maintenance, and governance of financial models across a portfolio of strategic development projects. You will drive investment analysis and support business planning, delivering decision-ready insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
8+ years of experience in financial analysis, financial modeling, investment analysis, or project finance.
Strong experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
Advanced Excel financial modeling skills.
Experience with DCF valuation, feasibility studies, forecasting, and business planning.
Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, project finance, and scenario analysis models.
Lead project feasibility studies and evaluate investment opportunities.
Analyze project and portfolio performance, including IRR, NPV, ROE, cash flow, and profitability metrics.
Prepare business plans, forecasts, and financial recommendations for management and investment committees.
Conduct sensitivity and what-if analyses to support strategic decision-making.
Challenge commercial and financial assumptions across development projects.
Prepare executive reports, investment memos, and presentations for senior stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement in financial modeling, reporting, and analytical processes.
