Job summary

Plant Digital Marketing is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the company's financial health, ensure accurate reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role includes closing, budgeting, audits, tax coordination, and managing a finance team in Saudi Arabia.

The ideal candidate will have a CPA/CA or CMA, a Bachelor's in finance and accounting, and at least 7 years in finance with 3 years in leadership, along with strong English communication and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance and accounting required.
• Accounting qualifications CMA, CPA, CA preferable.
• Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong oral and written English communication.
• Stakeholder management and collaborative mindset.
• Experience leading finance teams is required (min 3 years).
• Minimum 7 years in finance/accounting.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes and financial reporting.
• Managing cash flow to ensure adequate funds for daily operations.
• Overseeing accounts payable and receivable for timely payments and collections.
• Preparing and managing executive management reports and addressing related queries.
• Coordinating audit activities including statutory audits and tax audits.
• Ensuring compliance with tax laws, regulatory standards, and internal controls.
• Leading and supervising the finance team and fostering development.
