Job summary

The role covers migration of legacy Honeywell TPS to Experion PKS, DCS engineering, testing, commissioning activities, and developing HMI/graphics. Strong troubleshooting and teamwork are essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial automation or DCS engineering.
• Experience with DCS migration, commissioning, and lifecycle support.

Responsibilities

• Migrate legacy Honeywell TPS to Experion PKS.
• DCS engineering, configuration, testing, and system integration.
• Commissioning activities including FDS/DDS, P&ID reviews, I/O checks, FAT/SAT.
• Develop and maintain HMI, GUS, TPS Graphics, and Orion Console displays.
• Configure Honeywell Experion C300 controllers and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot DCS hardware and software issues and provide lifecycle support.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful delivery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Distributed Control Systems (DCS), with Honeywell TPS and Experion PKS experience being highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the migration of legacy Honeywell TPS systems to Experion PKS.
• Perform DCS engineering, configuration, testing, and system integration.
• Execute commissioning activities, including FDS/DDS preparation, P&ID reviews, I/O loop checks, and FAT/SAT.
• Develop and maintain HMI, GUS, TPS Graphics, and Orion Console displays.
• Configure and support Honeywell Experion C300 controllers and related hardware.
• Troubleshoot DCS hardware and software issues and provide lifecycle support.
• Prepare technical documentation and collaborate with project teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements
