Job summary

Bechtel Corporation seeks a Deputy Field Engineering Manager in Riyadh to oversee field engineering for a major Expo 2030 infrastructure program. You will provide direction to senior and junior engineers, coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance across all site activities.

The role requires extensive experience in large-scale construction, strong leadership, and ability to work with clients and subcontractors in a dynamic project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of relevant construction/engineering experience.
• Experience in large-scale EPC projects and field engineering management.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to Build Contractor’s field engineering activities.
• Lead multi-discipline field engineers and development of Field Change Requests.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and contract requirements on complex infrastructure works.
• Coordinate with Engineering to resolve field issues and expediting surveying/metrology.
• Represent Bechtel in technical meetings with Client and Contractors.
