Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Field Engineer - Electrical in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for an on-site role focused on installation, commissioning, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of electrical systems across project sites.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of field experience, strong knowledge of power distribution and industrial equipment, and the ability to read schematics and ensure safety and compliance with IEC/NFPA standards.

Qualifications

Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical field installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, power distribution, and industrial equipment.
Proficiency with diagnostic and testing equipment, including multimeters, oscilloscopes, and clamp meters.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Familiar with IEC, NFPA, and applicable local regulations; strong safety practices.

Responsibilities

Install and commission electrical systems at project sites and verify performance.
Diagnose faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Read schematics and coordinate field activities with project teams.
Prepare maintenance and test reports and document changes.
Ensure compliance with electrical safety codes and local regulations.
