Job summary

IQVIA in Saudi Arabia seeks a Technical Consultant to act as a strategic advisor and technical expert within the nphies ecosystem, focusing on FHIR, HL7, and interoperability in payer-provider and digital health initiatives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, integrate, and optimize healthcare solutions while aligning with regulatory requirements and Saudi health landscape. Arabic native and Fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• BSc in Software Engineering, MIS or Computer Science.
• Experience in healthcare IT systems (HIE, HIS, payer-provider platforms).
• Arabic native mandatory; fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance on FHIR, HL7, and interoperability.
• Engage with clients to understand goals and requirements.
• Design architectures for FHIR-based data exchange.
• Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce costs.
• Recommend cloud, APIs, and microservices approaches.
• Collaborate with analysts, developers, QA, and delivery teams.
• Act as SME for nphies initiatives and train teams.
