Job summary

Silver Edge Arabia drives a 560-hectare open-field operation in Al Kharj, producing about 50,000 tons of premium carrots and lettuce annually. The Senior Farm Manager leads a 15-person team, delivering high yields with cost efficiency, strict safety, and quality standards.

The role reports to the Head of Farming and requires a proven track record in large-scale farming, food industry experience, and strategic operations management. Salary is 40,000 SAR per month with executive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience managing agriculture or horticulture operations.
• Minimum 3 years of specific experience in the Food Industry with strong supply chains.
• Proven track record in high-volume production (40k+ tons per annum).

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: manage SAR 10 million operating budget and SAR 8 million input costs.
• Team Leadership: direct supervisors for Irrigation, Workshop, Crops, and Stores with training compliance.
• Resource Management: oversee farm machinery and tools for Farm and Workshop.
• Supply Chain & Quality: manage ~10 suppliers and ensure crop quality from cultivation to harvest.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce SOPs and health and safety standards.
