Job summary

Red Sea Gateway Terminal is seeking a Civil/Facilities Maintenance Engineer to lead hands-on maintenance of buildings, infrastructure, and terrains, ensuring planned and corrective tasks meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets. Requirements include a Bachelor's in Civil Engineering, fluent English, ability to read drawings, and 4+ years in facility or civil maintenance, preferably in marine port or large-scale infrastructure.

AutoCAD proficiency and strong vendor supervision are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Fluent in English (reading and writing).
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and maintenance documentation.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Execute scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance activities for buildings, infrastructure and terrains.
Supervise external contractors to ensure scope, quality and safety compliance.
Identify required spare parts, materials and resources and report to line manager.
Diagnose technical issues and recommend corrective actions.
Maintain maintenance records and equipment history for analysis and planning.
Ensure compliance with safety rules, procedures and permits.
