Job summary

Safari Group is seeking a Civil Maintenance Supervisor to oversee civil maintenance works within the Royal Terminal. You will supervise projects, inspect buildings and coordinate corrective actions, ensuring compliance with specifications, quality standards and safety procedures.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with 5–7 years in civil maintenance and facility management, plus experience in supervising contractors and using AutoCAD.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in civil maintenance and facility management.
• Experience in maintenance of buildings, facilities, and infrastructure.
• Experience supervising contractors/subcontractors.
• Knowledge of HSE requirements and safety standards.

• Experience in airport, hospitality, or high-end facilities is an advantage.

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, facilities and external areas
• Identify civil maintenance requirements and coordinate corrective actions
• Ensure all civil works comply with approved specifications, quality standards and safety requirements
• Supervise contractors and subcontractors and monitor their performance
• Monitor work progress, quality and completion schedules
• Follow up on preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Review drawings, technical documents and method statements
• Prepare maintenance reports, work orders and technical documentation
