Job summary

Client of Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is seeking a senior Microsoft Exchange Administrator to own on-prem Exchange Server 2019 in a hybrid setup with Microsoft 365. You will be responsible for installation, configuration, upgrades, and mailbox migrations with zero-data-loss cutovers and rollback testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 8+ years in enterprise Microsoft infrastructure.
• 5+ years hands-on with Exchange Server (2016/2019) on-premises and Exchange hybrid with Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Own Exchange Server 2019 on-premises in hybrid with M365.
• Install, configure, administer, upgrade Exchange Server.
• Migrate mailboxes Exchange on-prem to Online with tested rollback.
• Design and maintain DAG for high availability and failover testing.
• Administer AD, GPOs, DNS/DHCP, and identity services.
• Ensure secure email and mail flow with policy tuning.
