Job summary

Client of Hudson Manpower is seeking a Mechanical Estimation and Tendering specialist with 5–7 years of Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, EPC or Industrial experience. The role focuses on reviewing RFQs, ITTs, drawings and specifications to prepare cost estimates and commercial proposals.

The ideal candidate will have strong BOQ, quantity take-off and rate analysis skills, with proficiency in MS Excel. GCC experience is considered an advantage, and a B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is mandatory.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).
• 5–7 years of Estimation & Tendering Oil & Gas / Petrochemical / EPC / Industrial experience.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Take-Off, Cost Estimation & Rate Analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Excel; Saudi/GCC experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, ITTs, tender documents, SOW and related drawings/specifications.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates, quotations and commercial proposals.
• Perform quantity take-offs and estimate manpower, materials, equipment, tools and consumables.
• Obtain and evaluate vendor/subcontractor quotations; prepare resource and cost breakdowns.
