Job summary

Penspen Ltd is seeking an experienced HSE Manager for an exciting oil & gas project. The candidate should have 18+ years of experience, with a strong background in HSE management, contractor oversight, regulatory compliance, and international safety standards.

The role is based on Alkhafji, Saudi Arabia. Experience in construction safety for major oil and gas projects and PMC exposure will be highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Administration/Business or closely related field.
• Member of an appropriate professional organization for HSE.
• Eighteen (18) years of experience; Ten (10) years of which within the field of Construction Safety for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead HSE management for oil & gas projects and PMC environments.
