Job summary

Penspen is seeking a QA/QC Coordinator with 10+ years of experience, preferably in PMC projects within the oil & gas sector, to drive quality management across engineering and construction activities in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities include coordinating QA/QC activities, inspections, audits, and contractor oversight, ensuring compliance with international standards. Based in Alkhafji, Saudi Arabia, with extensive global project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Diploma with QA/QC certificate.
• 10+ years coordinating QA/QC in oil & gas PMC projects; 5+ years in project QA/QC.
• Strong background in quality management systems, inspections, audits, and contractor oversight; international standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate QA/QC engineering and construction activities.
• Perform project quality control/quality assurance for Oil & Gas/Petrochemical projects.
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards.

Education

• Alternative (I): Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
• Alternative (II): Diploma or equivalent with a certificate from a recognized agency in QA/QC

Years of Experience

• Alternative (I): Ten (10) years of experience in coordinating QA/QC engineering and construction activities of which at least five (5) years in performing project quality control/quality assurance activities for Oil and Gas/ Petrochemical projects.
• Alternative (II): Fourteen (14) years of experience in coordinating QA/QC engineering and construction activities of which at least Seven (7) years in performing project quality control/quality assurance activities for Oil and Gas/ Petrochemical projects.

The job location will be based on Alkhafji , Saudi Arabia.
