Job summary

Fircroft is seeking a highly experienced HSSE Manager to lead Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental operations for major EPC projects in Saudi Arabia.

You will oversee HSSE for large Saudi Aramco projects and ensure compliance with international standards and local regulations, driving a proactive safety culture across multi-site construction teams.

Strong leadership, risk assessment, audits, and incident investigations are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of HSSE experience.
• Minimum 10 years in a senior HSSE management role on major EPC projects.
• Proven experience leading HSSE for large-scale Saudi Aramco projects.
• Extensive experience in gas processing plants, compressor stations, pipelines, refineries, or major oil & gas infrastructure projects.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor and/or OSHA certifications are desirable.

We are seeking a highly experiencedHSSE Manager to lead Health, Safety, Security, and Environmental (HSSE) operations for major EPC projects in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing HSSE on large-scale Saudi Aramco projects and a strong background in oil & gas construction.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 20 years of HSSE experience.
• Minimum 10 years in a senior HSSE management role on major EPC projects.
• Proven experience leading HSSE for large-scale Saudi Aramco projects.
• Extensive experience in gas processing plants, compressor stations, pipelines, refineries, petrochemical facilities, or major oil & gas infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience managing HSSE across multi-site construction projects with large multicultural workforces.
• NEBOSH International Diploma is preferred.
• NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is mandatory if the Diploma is not available.
• ISO 45001 Lead Auditor certification is highly desirable.
• OSHA certification is preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong knowledge of international HSSE standards and Saudi Aramco safety requirements.
