Job summary

Egis Group is seeking a senior environmental compliance professional to lead regulatory engagement with NCEC in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on sign-off of regulatory submissions, remediation actions, and ongoing environmental oversight.

The candidate will coordinate with site engineers, clients, and PMCM to manage risks, ensure accuracy of reports, and drive continuous environmental performance improvements across projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or similar discipline.
• 12+ years of relevant environmental experience.
• GCC and Saudi Arabia experience in construction environmental assurance and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Review and sign off bi-annual environmental compliance submissions to NCEC.
• Endorse technical justifications for environmental exceedances prior to submission.
• Approve remediation plans, corrective actions, and closeout docs related to NCEC violations.
• Act as senior point of contact with NCEC, managing regulatory engagement and escalation.
