Job summary

Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories is looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to oversee the Engineering Site Services Project Management and Design team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will foster operational excellence and ensure customer satisfaction while facilitating business growth in the engineering services sector.

This role involves leading multiple supervisors and individual contributors, managing complex product line problems, and utilizing extensive technical knowledge to forecast new technologies. Candidates should have a B.S. in Engineering and 14+ years of relevant experience.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead and oversee the Engineering Site Services Project Management and Design team across Saudi Arabia, fostering operational excellence, ensuring customer satisfaction, and facilitating business growth within the engineering services sector.

Responsibilities

• Own a discipline technology process in conjunction with SEL strategic objectives, ensuring cost, schedule, and performance objectives are met.
• Own portfolio planning and long‑term strategy.
• Lead and develop multiple supervisors and individual contributors to meet department goals.
• Lead and present at large internal or external meetings and forums.
• Use extensive knowledge of technical principles to forecast new technologies and provide technical direction.
• Model, teach, and apply SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.

Qualifications

• B.S. in Engineering or equivalent education/experience.
• 14+ years of related engineering and management experience.
• Strong technical expertise in multiple engineering disciplines and technologies.
• Proven ability to lead the design and support of successful products/processes.
