Qualifications

• 8+ years in consulting, strategy or related transformation roles.
• Proven experience leading teams and managing client relationships.
• Comfort with senior stakeholders and facilitating discussions.
• Able to synthesize complex information into clear insights and storylines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and structure consulting engagements with senior leadership.
• Drive insight, analysis, and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Build strong client relationships and facilitate workshops.
• Coach and develop Associates, SBAs and BAs on delivery excellence.
• Support business growth, proposals, and firm-wide knowledge sharing.
