Job summary

Ektis is seeking an Associate to deliver high-impact consulting engagements across financial services, fintech, and the public sector. You will work in a driven, diverse team within an open, entrepreneurial environment, contributing to client outcomes from day one.

You will collaborate with colleagues to co-create solutions, lead small teams, and help build internal capabilities. Strong analytical skills, ownership, and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in consulting, strategy, financial services, or related field.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee analytical tasks such as data gathering and financial/operational analysis.
• Lead workstreams or small teams and collaborate with clients to implement actionable recommendations.
• Support business development through proposals, pitches, and case materials.
• Contribute to knowledge-building through frameworks, research papers, and thought-leadership.

As an Associate at Ektis, you will play a central role in delivering high-impact consulting engagements across financial services, fintech, and the public sector. Each client presents a unique challenge meaning your work will span diverse topics, project durations, and industries, giving you meaningful, hands‑on experience early in your consulting career.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee analytical tasks such as data gathering, financial and operational analysis, and competitive benchmarking.
• Lead workstreams or small teams when needed, working closely with clients to co-create, refine, and implement actionable recommendations.
• Support business development through proposal writing, pitch preparation, and developing case materials.
• Contribute to internal and external knowledge‑building efforts, including thought‑leadership, frameworks, and research papers.
• Engage in firm‑building activities such as recruiting, mentoring junior colleagues, and supporting training initiatives.
