Job summary

Ektis in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support and lead consulting engagements across financial services, fintech, and public-sector landscapes. You will work in a collaborative, agile environment, delivering data-driven recommendations and client-ready solutions.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in consulting or financial services, strong analytical and communication skills, and a degree in Business, Engineering, Economics or related fields; English

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in consulting, financial services, strategy, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, Public Policy, or related disciplines.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive analytical workstreams: data collection, quantitative analysis, market research, and competitive assessments.
• Collaborate with project teams and client stakeholders to design and develop client recommendations.
• Support business development through proposals, pitches, and case studies.
• Create internal and external knowledge assets: thought leadership, frameworks, and papers.
• Participate in firm-building activities: recruiting, coaching, and capability development.

Role Focus

As a Senior Business Analyst at Ektis, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and leading consulting engagements across the financial services, fintech, and public-sector landscape. Key Responsibilities

• Drive analytical workstreams, including data collection, quantitative analysis, market research, and competitive assessments.
