Job summary

National Care Company (NCC) in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to execute predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance to ensure reliable production and safe operations. You will troubleshoot faults, read diagrams, repair panels, and support equipment reliability and performance improvements.

The role requires a Diploma in Electrical Engineering (or related field), 7+ years of relevant experience, English proficiency, and basic IT skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant electrical maintenance experience.
• Experience in predictive, preventive, and reactive maintenance.
• English language proficiency.
• Basic level IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute predictive, preventive, and reactive electrical maintenance activities according to the maintenance schedule.
• Review job orders, determine work priorities, and perform repair, maintenance, and installation activities.
• Read electrical diagrams, troubleshoot electrical faults, and repair electrical panels, wiring, and connections.
• Support equipment reliability and performance improvement by identifying operational losses and implementing defined countermeasures.
• Perform safety risk analysis and pre-work safety checks before starting maintenance activities.
• Follow QHSE procedures and ensure the proper use of required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Support continuous improvement activities and collaborate with production teams to improve maintenance practices and standards.
• Coach and support operators in basic electrical troubleshooting, repair, and standard maintenance routines.
• Use digital maintenance tools and predictive maintenance analytics to support effective electrical maintenance.
