Job summary

Zahran Facilities Management is seeking an experienced Senior Project Electrical Engineer to lead the Electrical Operations & Maintenance function for a large-scale project in Riyadh, overseeing a department of approximately 140 personnel and coordinating with contractors and vendors.

The role requires leadership, planning, and strong technical knowledge of LV/MV switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS, and related systems; ensure safe, reliable operation while complying with NEC, NFPA,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of electrical O&M experience.
• ,
• Experience managing large teams (100+ personnel).
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and safety requirements.
• Familiarity with NEC, NFPA, IEC, IEEE and Saudi regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a large electrical team of engineers, supervisors and technicians.
• Oversee electrical O&M, preventive/corrective maintenance, emergency response, and daily activities.
• Plan manpower, maintenance schedules, KPIs, budgets and performance.
• Supervise LV/MV switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, ATS, MDBs and DBs.
• Manage contractors, procurement, materials and resources.
