Job summary
Astek Middle East seeks a Senior Electrical Engineer to support electrical, energy efficiency, and sustainability projects across Saudi Arabia, contributing technical leadership on building systems, lighting, and renewable energy.
You will review designs, coordinate with project teams, ensure compliance with Saudi codes, and guide installation, testing, and commissioning while advancing energy optimization initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- 3+ years of relevant professional experience in electrical engineering.
- Saudi Arabia or GCC experience preferred; SCE registration and membership.
- Strong English communication and coordination skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide electrical engineering expertise across energy efficiency, building, lighting, and renewable energy projects.
- Review electrical designs, single-line diagrams, technical specs, calculations and drawings.
- Conduct site inspections and technical assessments of electrical systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve energy efficiency and optimize electrical systems.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Support installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Monitor quality, progress and technical compliance of electrical works.
- Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and engineering documentation.
