Job summary

Larsen & Toubro is seeking an EHS professional for on-site construction oversight in Riyadh. The role involves preparing EHS plans, conducting regular site inspections, and coordinating with clients and main contractors to ensure compliance with ISO-45001:2018, ISO-14001:2015 and ISO 9001 standards.

You will lead risk assessments, deliver toolbox talks, supervise PPE usage, and drive incident investigations to prevent accidents and improve health, safety and environmental performance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Safety/EHS or related field.
• Minimum knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
• Experience in construction EHS environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare EHS plans and emergency response plans.
• Attend EHS meetings with client and project team.
• Report EHS issues to HO and stakeholders.
• Provide EHS induction training to new workers.
• Conduct daily EHS inspections for assigned zone.
• Ensure proper work permits and safe practices.
• Conduct risk assessments and communicate high‑risk areas.
• Deliver toolbox talks to workers weekly.
• Verify PPE compliance and equipment safety.
• Maintain EHS documentation and audits.
• Lead incident investigations and share lessons learned.
• Coordinate external EHS audits and drills.
